To make things easier for you, we provide multiple delivery choices. Domestic shipping usually takes 3–8 business days from the date of dispatch. If your order is lost or damaged, you must notify our team within 48 hours of delivery. The delivery costs are shown upfront before you confirm your transaction. This will enable you to check and comprehend the shipping charges related to your order before completing the purchase.

We cannot assume responsibility for any delays or misdelivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete user-provided addresses. Should you require changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to our customer support team promptly. However, please note that once an order has undergone processing, modifications may not always be feasible. This is due to our team initiating the shipment preparation process, which can limit the alteration of certain details. Order Changes and Cancellations   

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our support team by phone or email with your order number. It's crucial to remember that refunds are only available 48 hours after the original purchase. To begin the cancellation process, go to your account's Order section. From there, the cancellation request can be made. It's crucial to remember that once an item ships, we are unable to cancel it. Upon cancellation, your order will be thoroughly examined by our staff and, if accepted, you will receive a refund in line with our refund policy.
